Product lovers: start with 10–20 names. Side income builders: aim for 30+. Business builders: write 100 before your first call. The tracker below works for all three, just fill in as many as feels right for your goal.

  1. Write every name, no filtering
    Family, friends, coworkers, gym people, neighbors, social media contacts. Don't decide for people before you call them. Write the name, then make the call.
  2. Rank each name A, B, or C
    A = influential, driven, connected, call these first. B = health or income motivated. C = everyone else. Never skip C names, your best leg often comes from there.
  3. 5 outreaches per day, work the list
    At 5 contacts per day you reach everyone on your list in 20 days. At a 10% conversion rate (industry standard for warm market), that's 10 enrolled members inside your fast start window.

What to do when someone joins your team

The best time to help a new member is when excitement is highest, ideally the same day they join. These four things together take about an hour and set them up to actually build.

Start their names list together

Do this on your first call while the energy is high. Go through the memory jogger together and aim for 20+ names. Even a partial list is a great start, they can add more later.

Write the first message together so they don't have to figure out what to say alone. If they're ready, send it on the call. If not, that's okay, help them send it within the next day or two. Momentum is everything in the first 24 hours.

Specific date and time on the calendar before the call ends. You will be on it. Their first presentation must happen within 48 hours.

Start with A-names, your most influential contacts. Even 2–3 outreaches a day adds up fast. Work at the pace that feels sustainable for you.

Rotate daily across your active legs. Help with names lists, outreach, 3-way calls. Make them independent within 60 days.

Most enrollments happen on follow-up 2–5, not the first conversation. Track every "maybe" and "send me more info."

Worried about burning out? Try the sprint model.

Instead of outreaching every single day indefinitely, many successful builders use a 10-day sprint followed by a 4-day nurture period. During the sprint you reach out to new people. During nurture you only follow up with people already in conversation. Same monthly volume, completely different feeling.
